CMDB (Configuration Management Database)

The Configuration Management Database (CMDB) is the backbone of modern IT operations and service management — a structured system of record for every IT asset (Configuration Item) and how they relate to each other and to the services they support. This course teaches you how to design, populate, govern, and get real business value from a CMDB, including how it aligns with ServiceNow’s Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
